Mt. Baker Wedding at Wandering Waters Farm

Hanifah and Diana brought me onto their wedding team pretty last-minute-ish and it was the best surprise for my first year back in Washington. When I heard Diana owns a tequila brand and they were looking for a photographer that felt like a best friend, I knew right away I was going to vibe with this couple so hard. This was such a meaningful, special, intimate celebration, and I loved getting to document it! The night before their wedding, I met them at their airbnb in Glacier, and we headed up to Mt. Baker where they exchanged private vows and we took portraits on the mountain as the sun was setting. Hanifah surprised Diana with a custom veil that nodded to Diana’s culture as well as special agave-accents (cuz tequila!). Then the next day we started at their airbnb together where they got ready together and had a slow relaxing morning, before heading to the venue to continue celebrations. I loved the bright colorful details and personal touches (including a group tequila toast during the ceremony!). It was also catered by Black Sheep in Bellingham - some of my favorite tacos ever. :D This wedding was such a special one and the best surprise to round out my 2023 season with some Washington work I loved soooo much.
