So you want candid, fun, non-cringe wedding photos and not feel awkward while you take them? You’ve come to the right place.
First things first, your wedding is a big deal to me. I want you to take a deep breath, HAVE FUN, and focus on what matters: HAVING A DAMN GOOD TIME. And I’ll be there to capture it all: happy tears, ugly cries, dippy smooches, getting down on the dance floor, and all of the magic in between (and I’ll be right there rippin’ a shot alongside you).
I know that as your wedding photographer, I have the greatest impact on how your day flows and feels. I’m not only capturing every moment, but I am also guiding you through it every step of the way and quite literally facilitating your good time. Your wedding photographers energy and personally will dictate the kind of day you have more than any other vendor, and that is an honor and responsibility I take SO seriously. I do everything I can to keep you having fun and living in the moment - because I believe the best candid and emotion-filled images come from creating space for you to be comfortable around me and having a blast!
With a degree in photojournalism paired with the experience shooting hundreds weddings over the last decade+, the most important thing to me is that I capture your unique story, personality, and relationships. My biggest philosophy is never making your day feel like a production: knowing when to step in but more importantly knowing when to step back. I utilize all the different photography skills in my tool belt and blend journalistic documentary, editorial portraiture, candid storytelling, high-energy direction and more, to give you the the dynamic wedding gallery of your dreams. We will collaborate together on planning guides, vendor referrals, coffee/cocktail dates, video-chat sessions, and all of the in-betweens to help make your day as epic as you’ve been dreaming.

I have two rescue pups who are the center of my universe! Bella and Rusty, two boxer/lab mixes. Both born in Mexico–they saw snow for the first time the night we moved from San Diego to Anacortes, WA. It was magical! They are currently thriving in their new PNW life and loving all of the exploring we do.
I got married to the love of my life in Vegas in December of ‘22! It was non-traditional and wild. A showgirl married us, we had our reception at a dive bar and an after-hours party in a penthouse. My husband and I own two restaurants in Anacortes! We moved back to WA from CA in 2023 to open Good Bagels (a bagel shop inspired by his upstate New York upbringing). Two years later, we opened our second restaurant, Tide & Taste. Nick’s background as a fine-dining chef had us dreaming of opening an oyster and cocktail bar in our sleepy little coastal beach town and it’s been so fun to bring to life. My Husband has a background as a fine-dining chef, and him and his brother (who are both from upstate NY) opened a NY style Bagel Shop in Anacortes, WA. It’s called Good Bagels!
